Ronald Frank
Ronald W. Frank is the founding attorney of The Law Office of Ronald W. Frank, Sewickley, Pennsylvania. With decades of experience, he specializes in corporate law and focuses on handling commercial agreements and intricate financial projects for his clients. Mr. Frank has a wealth of knowledge in corporate finance and international and energy transactions. He has guided domestic and international clients on structuring and financing joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, privatization transactions, developing distribution networks, and negotiating sales agency, distribution, and licensing agreements.
