Ronald Frank

Ronald W. Frank is the founding attorney of The Law Office of Ronald W. Frank, Sewickley, Pennsylvania. With decades of experience, he specializes in corporate law and focuses on handling commercial agreements and intricate financial projects for his clients. Mr. Frank has a wealth of knowledge in corporate finance and international and energy transactions. He has guided domestic and international clients on structuring and financing joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, privatization transactions, developing distribution networks, and negotiating sales agency, distribution, and licensing agreements. Mr. Frank was the founder and managing director of Morgan Franklin & Co. and B. I. Europa, GmbH, investment banking and consulting firms in Pittsburgh and Frankfurt, Germany. He was also the corporate secretary of Akers National Roll Company from 1993 until 2013 and a director of SinterMet LLC, a subsidiary of Hitachi Metals America. Mr. Frank graduated with Honors in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1969 and received his Juris Doctor from Duke University in 1972, where he served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal. A member of the board of the McCormick Theological Seminary, Mr. Frank enjoys amateur radio, playing golf, and traveling to Europe in his free time.
